Search Direct South Wales was founded in 1997 by Derek Davies and Ceri John, who remain Directors today, continuing to bring their joint wealth of experience and expertise to the company.

Originally operating out of a single office in Bridgend, South Wales, the company's conveyancing services proved a success with local solicitors. As the client base grew, with both local and distant law firms joining up, extra staff were brought in and the range of services increased. It became clear that one office would no longer be suitable and in 2002 the company moved to larger premises. In the same year, an additional two staff members joined in administration and marketing. As business continued to grow, another five staff joined in 2003 and 2004, including a new Regional Manager to take over Local Authority Searches in West Wales.

As our name suggests, a large proportion of our work is in the South Wales region. Yet, we take a nation-wide perspective and, thanks to our unique network of associated offices and online systems, we are able to provide conveyancing services for any UK property. In fact, our new clients are increasingly based outside our "local" area, as far afield as Sunderland, Plymouth, Norwich and London.

Seach Direct South Wales is committed to providing a "one stop shop" for conveyancing solicitors and professionals. We have recently introduced a new range of reports and have further products in development. This includes a unique online map production service due to be launched in the near future.
